Creating experiences

St Thomas More School – donated £150 to a family of 6

St Thomas More School asked us to help a family of 6. Having recently been granted special guardianship of their four Grandchildren, the Grandparents are endeavouring to try and take days out together. The 4 children have quite limited life experience and so we felt that perhaps a day trip to the West Midlands Safari Park would be a wonderful opportunity for them to experience the educational aspect of the animals at close range but to also let off some steam in the fair ride section.

Horton Lodge Special School – donated £200

Horton Lodge Special School got in touch to ask if we could help two brothers and their little sister who currently attend the school. Their little sister is very poorly in hospital and has been for some time now, while their mother and father have been at home trying to carry on as normal as possible. We thought it would be lovely idea to give the boys a treat for something to look forward to.

One of the brothers will use his kind gift of £100 to go Segway or GoApe, the other brother will use his money to go to the Sealife centre with some of his friends.

St Johns Wiltshire – donated £100

The School Bus Foundation was also delighted to donate £100 to go towards families who needed extra support in the winter.
